Yesterday, we announced The Box, a one-click checkout tool that enables users to purchase NFTs on any chain with any token across primary and secondary sales.
Today, to celebrate the official public release, we are excited to introduce The Mystery Box. We’ve partnered with Uniswap, Disco, and Arbitrum to bring you a fun, active minting experience that showcases the power of The Box, as well as other novel mechanisms like Disco’s credentials. Mystery Box NFTs are deployed to Arbitrum, but The Box abstracts bridging and swapping so that you can collect Mystery Box NFTs with any token on Arbitrum, Ethereum, Polygon, or Optimism.

The Mystery Box
The Mystery Box is an NFT drop containing curated merch and prizes from Decent, Uniswap, Disco, and KidSuper. All Mystery Boxes have a combination of prizes inside, ranging from digital goods to physical merch, standard to ultra rare. Mystery Box NFTs can be purchased on primary and secondary markets both before and after the contents are revealed.
How Does it Work
The Mystery Box mint opens on Thursday, June 1 at 10AM EST. One mint costs 0.01 ETH, except for the 500 addresses on the allowlist from the Uniswap quest which are able to mint one (1) for free while supplies last (still first come first serve, no guaranteed purchase).
Upon mint, you will receive a standard Mystery Box which looks like this:
However, the real fun starts on June 8th at 4PM EST, when your Mystery Box will open. Upon reveal, you will receive instructions on how to claim your coveted rewards. ;) Everyone who mints a Mystery Box will win a prize!
NOTE: Minting a Mystery Box will earn you a credential for being a Mystery Box Minter, which will unlock access to a free pair of Disco socks. If you purchase on Secondary there is no guarantee of winning anything. Mystery Box physical merch will only be shipped to addresses in the US.
